This timeframe includes order confirmation, product inspection, and secure packaging.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your parcel has been handed to the courier.

  • Orders are handled Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • During high-volume periods, minor processing delays may occur and updates may be sent by email.
  • Orders placed outside business hours begin processing on the following business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on destination, courier capacity, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions.
The estimates below are general timelines and are not guaranteed.

  • Domestic shipping where available: Typically 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International shipping: Typically 14–21 business days depending on the destination country.

Unexpected delays may occur due to customs inspections, severe weather, holidays, or courier network disruptions.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, package weight, and selected shipping method.
All applicable shipping charges are shown before your order is placed.

These costs are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or local import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Orders refused because of unpaid customs charges may be returned and refunded after shipping-related deductions.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once a package is dispatched, the courier is responsible for transportation and final delivery. Although carrier handling is outside our direct control, RZXEA will assist with delivery concerns whenever possible.

  • If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, please check nearby areas and contact the courier first.
  • Missing parcel claims may require an investigation by the shipping carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with clear photos.

7. Accurate Shipping Details

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
RZXEA is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.

  • Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed before shipment.
  • Address changes cannot be made once the parcel has been dispatched.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Packages returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, unpaid import charges, or incorrect address details will be handled according to the conditions below.

  • Reshipment: Available after the required additional shipping fee has been paid.
  • Refunds: Issued after deducting original shipping fees and related return costs.
